[BioC] gocluster error: Ontology MF has no GO terms left. in

Hi,

i ran gocluster in R using a homemad anaBuilder package, and had the
following error, which, i guess, causes there is no GO term displayed in
the map.( i tried the benomyldata, and it it works fine).
