[BioC] Simpleaffy pairwise.comparison uses a correction for multiple test?

Hi all,

I'm using pairwise.comparison in simpleaffy package. Does anyone know if 
this function performs a multiple testing correction ? And if yes, wich type 
of correction ? I'm not able to find anything in the documentation, or in 
the mailing list archives...
