[BioC] Ruuid had non-zero exit status

Hi,

Many thanks for your and other's valuable pointers. 
I've re-installed glib 2.2.3, and "Ruuid" and "graph" 
have now been installed.

The troublemaker was newer glib2 with gcc 3.4.2 :(
