[BioC] Affycoretools - Limit genes in Venn diagram by fold change?

I would think something like:

idx <- abs(fit2$coefficients) > 1.5
rslt <- rslt * idx
vennSelect(mySubSet, fit2, design, rslt, method = "both")

would do it.
