Dear BioCs, I need to download a complete set of experiments from GEO, with some hundred of single experiments. To import directly in R I want to use AnnBuilder, but I can only download one array per time. How can I download them in batch mode throught AnnBuilder? Thanks in advance Claudio Isella.
