Sorry for the mass email.  This is meant for folks using GEOquery to
download data from NCBI GEO.  NCBI has made some adjustments to the URLs
that they use for downloading data. You will need to upgrade (to version
1.5.6) if you wish to download GSE data (GDS and GPL are not affected) as of
today.
