Those are the obvious and most likely issues, however...
I have not yet upgraded to 2.3.0
I have the mouse4302 package and 'library(mouse4302)' is part of my
code.

Hi Daniel,

Did you recently upgrade to R 2.3.0? If so, the mouse4302 metadata
package is in the old R library, not in the new one. You'll need to
download the
mouse4302 package again from the BioC 1.8 repository, which is
compatible with R 2.3.0 and has been updated more recently than the old
one. If you haven't changed R versions, maybe you just need to
library(mouse4302) first?

Cheers,
Jenny
