[BioC] biomaRt: how to find RCurl package ?

Hello list members

package biomaRt requires RCurl package,
but I didn't manage to find it anywhere...
It is not existing in package listing neither on the cran.r-project.org 
nor on bioconducor,

Does anybody have a clue?
