[BioC] Problem downloading Bioconductor

Hello
Ihave been  having trouble downloading the bioconductor software. Ihave followed the instructions as on your website but Im not having any success. In the command window I type source("http://www.bioconductor.org/biocLite.R")and I get the following message: Error in file(file, "r", encoding = encoding) : 
        unable to open connection
In addition: Warning message:
unable to connect to 'www.bioconductor.org' on port 80. 
Could you please tell me what Im doing wrong and how to fix it. My computers operating system is Windows 2000.
