[BioC] limma - moderated F for one-way anova

After you have fit your model and done the eBayes() step, the resulting 
MArrayLM object will contain the F-statistic and p-value, which can be 
extracted. Say your MArrayLM object is called fit2. Then fit2$F will 
give you the F-stat and fit2$F.p.value will give you the unadjusted p-value.
