Apologies for the off topic post...

AREA Science Park (http://www.area.trieste.it/opencms/opencms/area/en/)
and CBM (http://www.cbm.fvg.it/?lang=en_US) are launching a mobility
initiative aimed at attracting international scientists to work with
the biomedical research community of Trieste.

Research areas:

    * Biostatistics
    * Systems Biology
    * Algorithm Development

The fellowships are funded by AREA Science Park and the CBM - Consortium
for Molecular Biomedicine as part of an international mobility programme
run by AREA Science Park and the CBM. The programme aims at attracting
young scientists to the Friuli Venezia Giulia Region and adding them to
the community of researchers operating in Trieste in the field of
biomedicine.

CBM and AREA Science Park are two research institutes recognised by the
Ministry of Education, Universities and Research.
Here there are laboratories integrating dry and wet lab research and
developing a wide research program encompassing functional and comparative
genomics, bioinformatics database, software development and algorithm
development.
The laboratories are already integrated in international collaborative
projects tackling non-coding RNA genes, regulatory elements, and
bioinformatics workflow management systems.
