[BioC] Rgraphviz load problem

Another diagnostic to suggest to help clarify things:

Start a new R session and do:

system.file("libs", package="Rgraphviz")

You should, I think, have a Rgraphviz.so file in that directory.  You
can see what it is linked against via:

otool -L path/to/some/Rgraphviz.so

And you could do this via system() in R.
