[BioC] An error of affylmGUI

Hi list,

can anyone told me how this error could happen and how to solve this?

To begin, type affylmGUI() or use the pull-down menu.

Searching for user-defined affylmGUI commands in
C:/PROGRA~1/R/R-25~1.1/library/affylmGUI/etc ...
Error in structure(.External("dotTclObjv", objv, PACKAGE = "tcltk"),
class = "tclObj") :
        [tcl] invalid command name ".1.1.9".
