[BioC] Question about htmlReport() in GOstats package

I'm not sure I understand the question.  If you want an offline
version of the report, perhaps you can use your browser or a tool like
wget to produce a local mirror?

If you want to customize the behavior of htmlReport, then you should
take a look at the code for the function (start by downloading the
source package for GOstats and Category).  It shouldn't be too
difficult to create a similar function that makes links as you want.
