[BioC] 'recursive default argument' error in GOENTREZID2GO

Hi,

anybody has an idea as for the following error, the example is actually 
from the GO package examples. Thanks, Oleg

 > library(GO)
 > egId <- "10043"
 > egIdGoData <- GOENTREZID2GO[[egId]]
