[BioC] time series analysis

Dear Ozge,

See Section 8.8 (Time Series Analysis) of the limma package User's 
Guide. I'm not sure how convenient you'll find it if you are a 
beginning user, but the example treated in the user's guide seem 
match your experiment very closely.
