Sorry about the late reply and many thanks for the bug report. This was due to a
silly bug in AnnBuilder. Please find the corrected package at
http://bioconductor.org/packages/2.0/data/annotation/html/humanCHRLOC.html

I have only updated the source package. It is built by using source data
download in Aug, 2006, therefore it is consistent with all other annotation data
packages. I will upload a more updated version by Mar 15. Both source and
windows binary will be availabe at that time. If you are in a hurry, I can send
you the source package offline today.
