Hi, Shirley.  You are asking for how two sets of sequences relate to
each other.  This is typically done with tools like blast.  You can
certainly blast your EST sequences against Refseq or Ensembl
transcripts and get an answer.

The other way to approach this problem is to map your ESTs to genes by
using the genbank accession number.  It wasn't clear from your email
if this was acceptable as a solution.
