I am pretty new to using the R and Bioconductor package for microarray analysis. I have managed to use R for affy-expression analysis. I would like to know how or which package I could use for SNP or copy number analysis. The dataset I have to analyse is an Affy 10K Geno-chip array. Regards, Aparna.
