[BioC] limma eBayes() produces NA in fit$F.p.value

Dear all,

When I use the limma function decideTests() with method="nestedF" to
dertermine the differentially expressed genes, I encounter an error
that 'nestedF method can't handle NA p-values'.

I consulted the source code of the function decideTests() and
learned that the NAs in the component 'F.p.value' of the eBayes()
output lead to this message.

I wonder how to deal with it. Any advice is welcome.
