Hello, Andrew.  There is not such a package.  You can use the UCSC
litfOver tool here:

http://genome.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgLiftOver

to do this, though.  Alternatively, if you have something like oligo
probes, you can use alignment tools like blat, gmap or the Biostrings
package (devel only) to remap the probes to the new assembly.
