[BioC] cdf file

Hi Jan.

There is actually an "unsupported" version of the CDF file available
from Affy at:
http://www.affymetrix.com/support/technical/libraryfilesmain.affx

AFAIK, Bioconductor does not provide CDF environments for these chips.

One option is to build the environments yourself, e.g. the oligo/
pdInfoBuilder route:

Another option is to use the aroma.affymetrix R package:
http://groups.google.com/group/aroma-affymetrix/

... within that, there is a CDF file available from:
http://groups.google.com/group/aroma-affymetrix/web/ragene-1-0-st-v1

... and yet another R package you could try is 'xps':

Cheers,
Mark
