[BioC] BiomaRt annotation for the affy6.0 snps

Hi Marco,

  I am not sure if Biomart has updated SNP 6.0 annotation. But you can  
get the annotations from NetAffy or download from http://biosun1.harvard.edu/complab/dchip/snp6.0_genome_info.rar
