[BioC] build BPMAP File

Hello all,

I have a BPMAP file (89 Mo) and the size is too big for the bioconductor’s guideline. I have some alternative as to create a separate package for the data.
But, first, I am thinking to reduce the size of the file by removing data from the BPMAP file.
I want to extract data from BPMAP file (e.g. all data for chr1) and rebuild BPMAP file with only data from chr1,
and I am just wondering if anyone knows if it is possible to rebuild BPMAP files.
