[BioC] Problem loading Affy

We have recently had a discussion about this error on the list. There  
seems to be something broken in the binary builds of bioconductor. To  
install affy do the following: install the latest version of Xcode (v3  
if you are using Leopard) and then install from source by
R> options(pkgType = "source")
R> biocLite("affy")
