[BioC] Help with 'annotation' in GOHyeprGParamsClass

Hi Jason,
  Your R (and hence Bioconductor) is out of date.  Please update to R
2.8.0 and Bioconductor 2.3.  Then you can use org.Sc.sgd.db for yeast
(S. cerevisae annotations).
