[BioC] install BeadExplorer

Hi,
   The maintainer of BeadExplorer seems to have moved and not left a 
forwarding email address, so it won't be included in the next release, 
unless he contacts us.

   You can downgrade to a previous release by obtaining and installing 
the appropriate version of R (2.6.2 for BioC 2.1) and then biocLite 
should install the appropriate packages.
