[BioC] GO.db constants and oneGOgraph

Hi Karin,

The terminology is just like what you would use for describing families. 
Parents are the direct ancestors of children, whereas ancestors include 
parents and all who came before them (parents, grandparents, 
great-grandparents, ...).
