[BioC] Where is the A ymetrix MAS manual?

Hi Sam,

I have seen the following page that you pointed to me before I submit
the original. But I don't know which one gives the basic description
of Affy GeneChip Arrays.

The affy primer document says
"We assume that the reader is already familiar with oligonucleotide
arrays and with the
design of the Aymetrix GeneChip arrays. If you are not, we recommend
the Appendix
of the Aymetrix MAS manual Aymetrix (1999, 2001)."

It seems that the document the affy primer refers is outdated. Would
you please let me know which document I should read?
