[BioC] can't install with biocLite

I'm having trouble installing 2.5 on R 2.10 on a Mac running 10.6. I get the following error:
Warning: unable to access index for repository http://brainarray.mbni.med.umich.edu/bioc/bin/macosx/leopard/contrib/2.10

when I enter:
source("http://bioconductor.org/biocLite.R")
biocLite()

I initially thought this was because I was running R64, but I re-installed R and am still getting the same error. Can anyone help me?
