[BioC] Luminex Data Analysis

Hi Sohail,

I am working with large amounts of Luminex data and am interested in  
using R to analyze it.  I saw your post to the BioC mailing list, and  
wondered if you had found any interesting solutions that are working  
for higher-order analyses?
