your 'preprocessCore' package looks out of date for the version of R
you are using. Have you tried following the directions at

  http://bioconductor.org/docs/install/

and in particular

source("http://bioconductor.org/biocLite.R")
update.packages(repos=biocinstallRepos(), ask=FALSE)
