[BioC] data (golub) in the CMA vignette (version 1.4.0)

There's no superseding.  CMA developers provide their own image of the
golub data.  You do not need to use golubEsets.  look at
CMA/data/golub.rda -- their doc indicates it is adapted from the image
given in multtest package.  In that package there is a little more
metadata on the genes present in the selection.
