Dear Michael,

It may be of interest to you that I have just uploaded a new version 
"xps_1.6.1" to BioC2.5 which allows to use functions "mas5()" and 
"mas5.call()" for plate arrays such as HT_HG-U133_Plus_PM and HG-U219.
