[BioC] EBImage not loading

Hello Henrik,

Did you ask R-Forge first ? What was their answer ?

EBImage requires the libraries ImageMagick and GTK to be installed. Most 
likely, EBImage and/or these libraries are not present on the R-Forge 
build platform.
