In the solution, you need to build configure.exe.  the project has header files that seem to be missing.

This is the build for http://image_magick.veidrodis.com/image_magick/windows/ImageMagick-6.6.1-4.zip...

Please let me know if there is a more appropriate forum for these Windows installation questions.
