Hello Arunava,

I guess that depends on exactly what you're after. If you want some  
tools for visualising your data, the I think the package cellHTS  
deals with cell-based screens in 384-well plates, and HTqPCR can  
handle various qPCR results. There might be other packages out there,  
but without knowing more about your data and what you want, it's  
difficult to say.
