Dear all,
there is the possibility with bioconductor if i have a list of gene
(affiID,....) to know if this gene are involved in a disease: for
example cardiovascular disease?

you may be interested in looking at the phenotype-to-gene file from the Human Phenotype Ontology:
http://www.human-phenotype-ontology.org/index.php/downloads.html

You can download a list of all genes associated wiith any given feature found in monogenic disease.
