[BioC] DAVIDQuery

We have completed changes to the DAVIDQuery package 
required by the revised DAVIDQuery interface,
and slightly expanded the functionality.
The ID conversion functionality bypasses the DAVID API,
instead mimicking browser window interactions directly.
The version number should be 1.7.1 or 1.8.1,
(The latter is officially correct, but they are identical versions.)

Building on this,
we have been developing an IDmapping package
to support integrating genomic and proteomic data analysis 
using a variety of resources,
incorporating a skeptic's eye's view of bioinformatics annotations.
