[BioC] mvaPlots of RMA normalized data in AgiMicroRNA

Dear Pedro and List.

	How straight and horizontal do the fits to mvaPlots does data  
normalized in AgiMicroRNA have to be to be reliable?
Or to put it another way, how curved does the plot have to be before I  
should worry about a bad experiment
and not trust the subsequent results.
May I sent Pedro (or any other volunteer) extreme examples off-list.
The ones I got look much worse than the ones in test set.
