[BioC] Question about iFlow

package iFlow has not been released yet, it is in the 'devel' branch of
Bioconductor. You must either wait until the next release (tentatively
scheduled for 23 April, when you will need to have updated to what will
then be R-2.11) or update to the development version of R.
