[BioC] Getting qPCRset with replicates

Greetings

I have answered my own earlier question. I split the expression data  
on row names, selected for data frames with more than one row in the  
resulting list with sapply, selected from the qPCRset object using  
rownames(exprs(qpcr)) %in% names(duplicate_list).

I can now calculate t test values.
