[BioC] Error: formal argument "envir" matched by multiple actual arguments

Hi Martin, 

After updating R and bioconductor, I re-ran my code on two chromosomes. It seems fine now because it has been running for more than 100,000 iterations and did not see any previous problem. So I think this problem has been fixed in the new version R and bioconductor packages.
