[BioC] Error installing Rsamtools

Hi Martin, you're shot in the dark seems to have been correct as
changing that line in Makevars.in has worked. Impressive I must say.
For the record the output of gcc --version was:

gcc --version
gcc (GCC) 4.3.4
Copyright (C) 2008 Free Software Foundation, Inc.
This is free software; see the source for copying conditions.  There is NO
warranty; not even for MERCHANTABILITY or FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
