[BioC] Problem with loading packages

Hi,

While I was loading bioconductor packages onto my R, I am getting the following error message,

> source("http://bioconductor.org/biocLite.R")
Error in file(file, "r", encoding = encoding) : 
  cannot open the connection
In addition: Warning message:
In file(file, "r", encoding = encoding) :
  unable to connect to 'bioconductor.org' on port 80.

Can any one help me, in loading the package.
