[BioC] R: Puma question

Dear Marco

Sorry, I have should have spotted this before. MoGene is an ST (exon) array, right? These arrays have no mm probes, and mmgmos requires both pm and mm 
probes. As such you will not be able to use mmgmos with this dataset.
