[BioC] Question: how to obtain the clusters of genes (basically the ones in the row dendrograms) from an object obtained by heatmap.2 function

Dear Sunny,

I think a better approach would be to use a package like pvclust.
Pvclust creates a hierarchical clustering (a tree), and at each node
computes a p-value; therefore, the criterion to choose certain
clusters can be defined by a threshold p value.
