[BioC] Create an non-mainstream organism-specific database for ChIP-chip analysis

Hi Olivier,

This can be done, but it is not trivial because it involves creating an 
org database (see the sqlite file inside of any of the org packages) 
from a reliable resource.  If this sounds like something that you would 
be up for, please contact me and I can assist.
