Hi Barbara,

Take a look at Karl's tutorial:

http://www.biostat.wisc.edu/~kbroman/Rintro/Rwinpack.html

The directory that he refers to as 'c:\MyRpackages\qtl' is actually
the pd.* directory that pdInfoBuilder created for you.
