[BioC] R: arrayQualityMetrics error

Here it is:

Error in UseMethod("xmlAttrs", node) : 
  no applicable method for 'xmlAttrs' applied to an object of class "NULL"
In addition: There were 38 warnings (use warnings() to see them)
